We follow the Privacy Protection Law (“Personuppgiftslagen PUL”). When you, being a private person, enter your personal data, you also accept the fact that we store and use the information within our business so that we can fulfil our commitments to you. We will protect your personal data according to the Privacy Protection Law and you may obtain information about these data and have them deleted, whenever you wish. 


To be able to shop with us, you must be 18 years or older, no nicotine products under the age of 18. All false orders are tracked and reported to police, and if we suffered financial damage we will demand damages.

Customs fees and taxes

Regarding customs regulations and rules of entry for the country you wish to order, we can not help you at Queenofsnus without referring to the rules of your country that you most easily find on the customs side of each country. Any fees, such as customs duties and taxes, will be paid by the recipient in your own country, and here you also have your own responsibility as a customer. Queenofsnus disclaims all responsibility from the possibility of solving or sending replacement goods if the goods have been seized in customs. Payment and delivery

When you have put items in the shopping cart and go to checkout, please indicate which payment method applies if prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and what VAT rate applies as applicable. Delivery will be made within 3 days (72h) unless it is stated at the order that delivery time is longer. Saturdays and Sundays are not couting days therefore not be calculated in delivery timeRemember you have to order before 12.00. Following countries and places can have longer delivery time Malta, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Cyprus.

In addition to the price, shipping costs may apply. These are, if so, listed in the online store's checkout.

In the online store, items may be marked with delivery indication. We reserve the right to delete non-deliverable items from your order with deductions for the same. If you wish to order another, equivalent product, this is to be considered a new order. If you wish to cancel an item due to delays with delivery, this is possible until the item has been effected, ie invoice or freight handling has been created. Partial deliveries will only be made at your request and will incur additional shipping costs for you.

When you make your order, the checkout shows which delivery method is applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you entered at the time of purchase is correct. Delivery is not made to Sweden or Denmark.

Unclaimed package

It is your responsibility to settle the shipment at the place of delivery within the time specified on your mail. Queenofsnus does not replace packages that have not been collected or received. We do not repay money for unreleased packages. 


A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. You can cancel your order free of charge for you until the order has been effected. 

Right of withdrawal

If you received a damaged product or if we have sent an incorrect product, you must advertise the product as soon as possible and within 10 days after you discovered or should have detected the error.

The damaged or incorrectly shipped item should be returned in the same packaging and with the same carrier as it was received, together with a detailed description of the error.

In such case, you should advertise via our website by following the instructions in the "Customer Service" tab.

If we can not ship a new item to you within a reasonable period of time, we will refund your return shipping, as well as what you have paid for the damaged or incorrectly shipped item.

Compatibility problems often occur between different products, and we therefore recommend that you find out as much as possible before making your order to avoid unnecessary costs.


We reserve ourselves against any printing errors, as well as errors in information and specifications regarding products and services included in our product range.

Force Majeure

Both parties shall be relieved from satisfying this agreement, if its fulfilment is precluded, or essentially disabled by circumstances beyond their control or circumstances which could not reasonably be foreseen. The following and similar circumstances shall constitute reasons for relief, provided they hinder or aggravate fulfilment of the agreement: fire disaster, war, mobilization, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, common scarceness of goods, deficit in means of transportation, strike, lock-out, power outages, deficits in driving means, and errors or delays caused by sub-contractor because of circumstance, mentioned in this paragraph, or other circumstance, which the parties could not possibly control, which either prevents or aggravates the parties’ fulfilment in such a manner that it could not be done other than to an unreasonably high cost.
